They complete the work with roof-protected weathertight racking and OSHA-compliant workmanship, while Ecco stays involved with monitoring and post-install support.

Your system is monitored daily through a mobile app. We also schedule quarterly check-ins and an annual on-site system and roof check, provided through the Ecco service membership, month to month while it stays active, with a real customer service line when you need help. Installation workmanship is warranted by Hidden Leaf Energy, LLC (ROC #366638) for two years. The panels, inverter and battery each carry their own manufacturer warranties, with their own terms.
